Whether you're a beginner dipping your toes into the practice or an experienced yogi seeking to deepen your practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Join us for an empowering vinyasa practice where you'll sync your breath with dynamic movements, building heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Throughout the class, expect expert guidance and variations to suit your individual practice, allowing you to explore and push your limits in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructor and community member Andriana will encourage you to listen to your body, clear your mind, and connect deeply with your breath, fostering a sense of mindfulness and inner calm. After the session, we invite each attendee to unwind and connect over drinks at the nearby Churchill Arms, just a minute away. It's the perfect opportunity to share experiences, network, and build lasting connections in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Details: Duration: 45 minutes of blissful flow Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early (12:50pm) to settle in; class starts promptly at 1:00pm. What to bring: Just yourself and a water bottle. We recommend bringing a cozy jumper for the final resting pose, ensuring you stay warm and comfortable as you bask in the afterglow of your practice.
