Combining boxing and HIIT into one killer class! Prepare to HIIT the bag, get in the ring and challenge a wide variety of equipment in this 4 station bootcamp! We have put together a circuit of resistance training, boxing and bodyweight polymetric movements with combined with core exercises to have you working all the muscles in your body. This class will get you firing on all cylinders!
