Service Description

Strength + Speed = POWER. Using longer, continuous intervals on the floor to focus on those compound movements, time under tension and low repetitions for you to work heavier and increase your strength. We compliment this with cardiovascular equipment such as bikes, ski ergs and treadmills to focus on our sprints. Think short, sharp bursts of work to accelerate your speed. Leave feeling stronger and more empowered than you were when you walked in. Be prepared to work hard!
