Consistency is the aim for this class. Are you looking to increase your aerobic capacity? This class is for you. Working for longer intervals on the cardiovascular machines to increase your aerobic fitness. We won't be working to your max effort level, but we will be maintaining CONSISTENCY, a huge element of endurance. Floor work will compliment the erg work, increasing your muscular endurance with higher rep ranges, functional movements and core work to keep your body moving and your heart happy. This class is about the build up, we start with a full tank, and slowly empty it as the class progresses.
